HSE University Experts Participate in Creating an Educational Programme for City Administrators
A new Master of Public Administration (MPA) programme has been developed by the Moscow School of Administration Skolkovo, HSE University, Strelka Institute, and the New Economic School, at the initiative of VEB.RF. The programme will teach a total of 500 participants, with the aim of developing administrative staff for 100 Russia’s biggest cities.

HSE St. Petersburg’s Master’s Programme in Arts and Culture Management Partners with the Hermitage
As part of an agreement signed by HSE University and the State Hermitage in July 2019, the museum will become a partner of HSE–St. Petersburg’s Master’s programme in Arts and Culture Management. Hermitage staff will teach courses in the programme. The agreement also provides for joint projects and student internships at the museum.
HSE University Ranks Third Among Russian Law Schools for Graduates’ Salaries
HSE University has risen from fourth to third place in the Superjob University Ranking in terms of the salaries made by young professionals in the legal field who graduated in 2014–2019. According to the ranking’s authors, our graduates can expect to earn an average of 100,000 rubles a month in Moscow.
Student Internship Programme at the
In April 2020, the Institute for Applied Political Studies (IAPS) launched an internship programme. Programme interns work together with Institute staff on joint projects, as well as acquire new research and communication skills. 40 students are currently participating in the programme
