The online course by Evgeny Kanaev, one of the leading regional scientists and professor at HSE University’s Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, examines the features of business practices in Southeast Asia and the impact of digital transformation on them.
HSE University to Host First ‘Russia—China: Business in a Multipolar World’ International Forum
Experts from Russia and China will discuss new challenges and opportunities for business cooperation between the two countries, including those using advanced digital technologies. The event will take place on September 28 at the HSE building on Pokrovsky Bulvar. The forum is expected to be held annually.
Demand for Master’s Degrees in Data Science Quadruples Since Last Year
According to analytics from HSE University’s online campus, the demand for the Master of Data Science online Master’s programme has quadrupled, and the number of applicants doubled compared to last year (more than 250 students). Data science ranks first in demand among all HSE master’s degree programmes taught online.

From September 19–27, 2023, the Third Pacific School Conference on Experimental Economics (PSEE) will take place in Vladivostok. The conference has been organised by the HSE UniversityInternational Laboratory for Experimental and Behavioural Economics as part of the Mirror Laboratories project with the Research Laboratory for Modelling Socio-Economic Processes at Far Eastern Federal University. The conference will be held in an in-person format, and foreign participants can take part online.
